PREMISES

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.bighandbagshop.com under the distance selling regulations.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States.

Where applicable Big Handbag Shop gives the opportunity to check prices in other currencies only by way of example.

ORDERS

All payment transactions are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT for all EU member States.

Local taxes and import duties may be required upon delivery for those orders destined outside the European Union.

Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. In case there are errors please let us know as soon as possible at orders@bighandbagshop.com

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered.

In case the payment is made through bank transfer the order will be dispatched as soon as the amount will be credited.

Delivery times depend exclusively on the kind of shipment selected by the customer, on the transit times provided by the shippers and on eventual clearance delays.

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN AN ORDER

Big Handbag Shop guarantees a full refund with the exception of import duties and local taxes.

You can return a product to Big Handbag Shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

The refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving the returned product.

You cannot return:

- personalized products

- products purchased for professional and/or commercial use

Products returned used or incomplete will not be refunded.

Big Handbag Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged or the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

The return shall be paid by the customer who is fully responsible. For this reason Big handbag Shop suggests to use a tracked shipping system.

WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery the customer should contact Big Handbag Shop within 48 hours of the delivery.

All Big Handbag Shop products are covered by a 6 months warranty starting the day of the delivery. In case there are any problems the customer should contact Big Handbag Shop and provide pictures of the problem to: support@bighandbagshop.com

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colours and materials. Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.

Big Handbag Shop reserves the right to charge the customer any costs incurred for product verification and shipment of the same if it is undamaged and functioning, that is, it is missing the alleged lack of conformity.

The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Big Handbag Shop within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to support@bighandbagshop.com

Images and colours of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colours due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.

GOVERNING LAW

The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Big Handbag Shop takes place in England and is regulated by the relevant Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations. The Central London County Court  will have jurisdiction in case any controversy arises.
